Example Support Agreement:

Magtype Computer Resources will provide six (6) support hours per month. Six is the minimum hours required for a Support Agreement. The hours may be increased to suit your particular needs.
They include:

  1. On-site, telephone, email and remote support during normal business hours: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday
  2. Consolidated monthly billing with detailed logs of support and service
  3. Priority support
  4. Reduced rates

You will be billed $600.00 at the beginning of each month at the Support Agreement Rate of $100.00 per hour. Should you require additional support beyond the Support Agreement hours in any month the additional hours will be billed at the Standard Support Rate of $125.00 per hour in fifteen (15) minute increments.

A Premium Surcharge of $25.00 per hour will be added to the rate in effect at the time of service, if support must be scheduled after normal business hours.

An Emergency Surcharge of $25.00 per hour will be added to the rate in effect at the time of service, if unscheduled support is required on the same day of the request.

Premium Surcharge and Emergency Surcharge can be combined and will be billed at $50.00 per hour added to the rate in effect at the time of service, if unscheduled support is required not only same day but after normal business hours. This surcharge also applies for holiday and weekend support.

Cancellation of Agreement requires thirty (30) days notice, in writing.

Notes

  1. Standard Support Rate is $125.00 per hour. Support Agreement Rate is $100.00 per hour.
  2. Premium Surcharge is for service requested to be done after normal business hours.
  3. Emergency Surcharge is for unscheduled service requested to be provided same day during normal business hours.
  4. Combined Premium and Emergency Surcharge is for same day, unscheduled support, after normal business hours service.
  5. Computer service tax of 1% to be added at time of billing.
  6. Computer equipment tax of 6% to be added at time of billing.
  7. Support Agreement hours will not roll over to the next month.
  8. Hours in excess of the Support Agreement will be billed at the end of the month
